This introductory yoga class is slower paced and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses and breathing techniques. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
Friday, 4:00-5:00 PM, ZUMBA
Exhilarating! Get ready to be your best. This fast paced workout, combines cardio, dance, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility in a single class.
Saturday, 10:00-11:00 AM, Vinyasa flow
Designed to integrate advanced yoga poses, breath work, meditation, music and other traditional elements of yoga, we will explore variations and options so that each student can deepen their practice in a spacious environment.
